2. Service Overview

BestImageAPI.com is an application programming interface (API) owned and operated by KAMINOWEB INC. that allows users to process and manage image uploads. The Service is accessible at https://bestimageapi.com/.

3. Registration and API Access

  • Account Creation: Users must create an account on BestImageAPI.com and generate an API key to access endpoints.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and account credentials.

  • Age Restriction: Users must be 18 years or older.

4. Usage Limits and Restrictions

  • Free Trial:

    • Up to 60 image uploads per minute.

    • Maximum image size: 1MB.

    • Trial lasts 7 days; no payment required.

  • Paid Plan ($10/month):

    • Up to 60 image uploads per minute.

    • Maximum image size: 10MB.

  • Prohibited Uses:

    • Illegal activities, reverse engineering, reselling API access, or creating fake accounts to abuse free trials.

    • Scraping, spamming, or overloading BestImageAPI.com beyond stated limits.

5. Data Ownership and Licensing

  • User Data: You retain ownership of all images/data uploaded to BestImageAPI.com.

  • License: KAMINOWEB INC. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BestImageAPI.com API for lawful purposes.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription: $10/month, billed monthly.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your BestImageAPI.com account dashboard. No refunds for partial or unused periods.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in API key revocation.

7. Support and Liability

  • Support: Provided Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (CST) via support@bestimageapi.com. Response within 24 hours.

  • No Warranties: BestImageAPI.com is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

  • Limitation of Liability: KAMINOWEB INC. is not liable for:

    • Downtime, data loss, or third-party misuse of BestImageAPI.com.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

KAMINOWEB INC. may suspend or terminate your access to BestImageAPI.com immediately for:

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Abuse (e.g., fake accounts, excessive API requests).

  • Non-payment.

Upon termination, your API key will be revoked. User data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Minnesota.

10. Changes to Terms

KAMINOWEB INC. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on BestImageAPI.com or emailed to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
